- Full prepayment is required within 72 hours after booking is made. Kindly send us proof of payment through our email at reservations@sarrosahotel.com
- All payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-convertible.
- Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso.
- Full payment should be settled through the following:
(a) via CASH or CREDIT CARD at Front Desk applicable only for booking on the same date of the arrival date.
(b) via Bank Deposit

HOTEL POLICIES
- Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in.
- Deposit Policy: A cash of incidental deposit of P500.00 per room will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout and non-consumable.
- Reservation is not applicable for Dress up of Wedding/Debut or any Social events. Please contact the hotel for further assistance and appropriate rate for package deal.
- All rooms are Non-Smoking (Php 15,000.00 - Penalty)
- Standard check-in time is 2PM; check-out time is 12Noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Desk (subject to availability). If available, charges may apply.
- All requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
- Room service is 24 hours. Dine-in is from 6am to 10pm only.
- Kids 12 years old below are free of charge if shared bed with parents and maximum of 2 kids only per room.
In those cases where breakfast is included in the room price, breakfast is not included for children when sharing a room with their parents. In such cases the hotel will charge for the child's breakfast directly.
- Swimming Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM only. Appropriate swimming attire is required.
- Fitness gym is open from Monday to Sunday between 6:00Am to 9:00PM only. Only 18 years old and above is allowed to use and in proper gym attire.
- Room cleaning service, replenishment of room amenities is daily except on the check-out date.
- Strictly no pets are allowed within hotel premises.
- Massage Therapist is strictly not allowed inside the guest room for safety reasons.
- Durian, danggit and other products which leave bad smell are strictly not allowed inside the guest room.
